The Application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the Service. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, the Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the Application will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, the Application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. The Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety when you agree to the Application Service Use Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Application Service Use Agreement.
(a) Personal registration information that you provide as required by the Application when you register for an account with the Application (if applicable);
(b) Information on your browser and computer automatically received and recorded by the Application when you use the Application's web services or visit the web pages on the Application's platform, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, information on hardware and software characteristics, and data such as records of web pages requested by you;
(c) Users' personal data obtained by the Application from business partners through lawful means.
You understand and agree that the following information is excluded from this Privacy Policy:
(a) Keyword information you enter when using the search services provided by the Application Platform (if any);
(b) Data collected by the Application in relation to information posted by you on the Application, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
(c) Violation of laws and regulations or violation of the rules of the Application and the measures that the Application has taken against you.
(a) The Application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, except with your prior permission, or if such third party and the Application (including the Application's affiliates) provide a service to you, either individually or jointly, and after such service is terminated, it will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including any information that it was previously able to access.
(b) The Application also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. Any user of the Application Platform who engages in any of the above activities, upon discovery, the Application reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service Agreement with such user.
(c) For the purpose of serving our users, the Application may provide you with information of interest to you through the use of your Personal Information, including, but not limited to, sending you information about our products and services, or sharing information with the Application's partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter of which requires your prior consent).
(d) Our products may integrate with the AU+ SDK, which is required to collect your device Mac address, unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/IP address/GUID, SIM card IMSI information) in order to provide statistical analytics services and calibrate the accuracy of report data by geolocation and provide basic anti-cheat capabilities.
